Come along and enjoy some thought provoking art tuition!
Try drawing, painting, collage and printmaking.
All materials (and lunch) are provided, and you will go away with at least three finished works of art at the end of your session.
Add more days to build on your new skills and confidence. Days can be arranged at short notice.
We can also arrange Taster Days in Watercolour, Drawing, Oils, Printmaking and Mixed Media - call us to discuss how we can tailor-make a day just for you.
Family Art Taster Days
A fun day for parents and children (aged 10 and over) working with an art teacher in our professional studio, to create artworks to take home with you!
We provide the materials and expert technical help. You learn, have fun and create together. Paint, draw, print, play with colour. Let your imagination run riot! Don’t worry about the mess - we clear up, but you might want to wear old clothes in case of splashes.
Sorry, but we can’t take unaccompanied children, and anyway you wouldn’t want to miss out on the fun!
Prices and booking
Art Taster Days £60 including lunch, refreshments and all materials.
Family Art Taster Days £40 parent, £20 child. Free tea and coffee all day. Lunch may be available, or bring a packed lunch.
10% Group booking discount for parties of five or six.
Days can usually be arranged at short notice - to book call us on 01239 832054 (before 9 a.m. to check for same day availability).
No ‘drop-ins’ please as we may have another course running.
Each session runs from 10 am to 4 pm.
Maximum six people per course.
