Studio Hire
If you're looking for a venue to run an art course, or simply a place for an art group to work and be inspired, then Studio Llwyndrain is an ideal venue. The Preseli Hill views from the studio are truly wonderful. Although only a mile from the main A478, which allows convenient access, we are on a very quiet lane in a very peaceful location. There is ample parking on-site.
The studio is 9m by 8.8m,(30' by 29'), and is particularly suitable for large visual arts groups. There is ample natural (north facing windows) and assisted light (daylight bulbs).
Facilities include: Central heating, large sink and washing area, tables, chairs, easels, drawing boards, and drying racks. Our intaglio printing press is available by arrangement.
The dining room/library is a comfortable area for eating or just sitting round for a chat. The extensive reference library is available for guests' use.
There is a small kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and gas hob. It is well equipped with crockery/glassware/cutlery etc. The toilet is large enough for disabled access.
Our normal hire rates include hot drinks and home-made cakes & biscuits. We are happy to quote for fully catered studio hire, to include lunches - please ask us for details.

Equestrian art venue
We have a variety of equine models in residence, a Welsh Section A pony, a Welsh cob, and three Quarter Horses. They are all quiet to handle and used to an audience. We have a large undercover area for working with the horses when the weather is wet. In addition there are herds of wild ponies grazing the Preseli Hills within the locality, and we can arrange visits to local studs to see mares and foals.
